Capacity rules

Explicit limits, without silently deleting existing records

Server-side measurement

  • Capacity allowance comes from the purchased server-side plan
  • Used storage is based on media bytes successfully downloaded for the organization
  • The Owner page and write gate use the same measurement

When capacity is full

  • Existing messages and media are not silently deleted
  • New media has an explicit capacity-blocked state
  • The system retries after capacity is expanded or storage is cleared through a controlled workflow

Four things to know before purchasing

Does CNY 99 include official WeCom API fees?

No. CNY 99 covers this product's software, cloud hosting and plan storage. Your organization enables the WeCom archive API separately and pays under Tencent's rules.

Why not charge per employee?

For sales and support teams of 1–5 people, media storage drives the main cost differences. The annual base plan therefore has unlimited seats rather than charging again for every employee.

What happens above 5 GiB?

No overage rate has been published. The system displays capacity status and protects existing records. Contact us about larger capacity.

Is renewal automatically charged?

No automatic debit. Each purchase or renewal is a one-time WeChat QR payment. A trusted payment result activates or extends service by 12 calendar months.
